Within immediate access are all sorts of outdoor activities not least the walking and cycle paths. Mountain bike options include the Coed Trallwmn Mountain Bike and Visitor Centre among many. The nearby villages offer a Land Rover course and Llanwrtyd Wells (7 miles) holds such events as the Man Versus Horse race and even bog snorkelling. Entering this property guests benefit from a hallway where muddy boots and jackets can be cast off and where there is also a handy downstairs WC. A large and stylish kitchen features a breakfast bar where all the guests can convene before moving through double doors to the spacious dining room with a long wooden table. On the other side of the hallway through double doors is a large and comfortable living room with many snug sofas and enough space for the whole group to relax with Freesat TV. Upstairs five bright and airy bedrooms await you after a long day. Choose from a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC a family room (four singles) a single a twin and a 4ft small double; the cottage is sure to suit any groups requirements. Through glass patio doors downstairs guests will find a patio with ample outdoor seating and a BBQ perfect for al fresco dining and drinks also housed on location is a large shared hot tub seating up to eight people and perfect for sipping bubbly as the sun sets. There is ample off-road gravelled parking in front of the property. Need to know: 5 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 4ft queen size, 1 single, 1 twin and 1 family room (4 single beds). 2 bathrooms 1 family bathroom with shower over the bath, 1 en suite shower, 1 separate WC downstairs. Front courtyard and patio with picnic tables and BBQ, lawned garden. Off road parking for several cars. 2 dogs welcome due to livestock in surrounding fields, dogs need to be kept under control at all times. Indoor hot tub shared with 4 other cottages on site. Available between 10am 5pm and time slots must be booked. No extra charge for hot tub use but please note it may be closed at any time due to maintenance/services/government restrictions. Part of a small complex which can be booked together to accommodate a total of 29 people. Secure bike storage and bike washing facilities.
