BEAUTIFUL DETACHED THATCHED COTTAGE ON THE EDGE OF DARTMOOR
Set amongst an acre of gardens with a stream and covered wishing well. This cottage, which is reputed to be over 300 years old, provides a truly idyllic retreat. The owners reside in the cottage opposite, however privacy is assured.
Situated just outside the village of Cheriton Bishop, only 5 minutes from the A30, which runs through Devon to Cornwall, giving you easy access to historic city of Exeter with its shopping and cultural opportunities, or the coast at North Cornwall with its well-known towns such as Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow. Explore rugged Dartmoor, with its stunning moorland walks and quaint villages. In the evenings, relax in the pretty garden or visit one of the pubs in the local village serving good food. Play facilities: outside with swing, slide, climbing frame and football posts.
The accommodation is furnished and equipped in a contemporary style and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 super king-size, 1 double and 2 twins.

Outside: lawns surround the property and there is a stream at the far end, please take care with young children.
