Situated in the quaint village of Nettlecombe this 200 year old semi-detached cottage, complete with original features such as inglenook fireplace, exposed beams and steep cottage style stairs, is a stone's throw to the award winning village inn renowned for its fine food.
An ideal spot for those requiring a peaceful and relaxing holiday with many walks to enjoy direct from the property. The south coast beaches are less than a 15 minute drive with popular West Bay being 5 miles away on the Jurassic Coast which is a World Heritage Site. Bridport is 4 miles away and offers a range of shops and facilities. There are other attractions close by to suit all tastes and these include numerous National Trust properties and gardens, fishing trips, fossil hunting, horse riding, Monkey World, Lulworth Castle and much more. In the evenings, relax on the enclosed patio area with seating or enjoy the many delights on offer in the popular family pub next door.
The traditional accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: approached via steep cottage-style steps. 1 twin with children's games / books, approached through 1 double bedroom.
Bathroom: downstairs, with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: spacious room with a woodburner within a traditional inglenook fireplace with a bread oven. TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: step up through a low doorway, with cooker, fridge and microwave. Regret no washing machine.
