DETACHED BRAND NEW LODGE ON SMALL PEACEFUL PARK
This superb and stylish lodge sits on a small park of around a dozen lodges in the pretty and unspoilt village of Newton Ferrers a favourite for sailors with a slipway and mooring for boats as well as a great pub, shop and tea room.
The lodge is close to an array of popular beaches and sheltered coves. Numerous attractions include historic Plymouth, with its Hoe, Barbican, cinema, theatre and shops and the English Riviera, Buckfast Abbey, The Garden House and more, all within a short drive. Stroll to the local pub which overlooks the beautiful Newton Creek and serves good food. Try River Yealm mussels or a lovely fish stew. A glass of wine and some sun equals a perfect afternoon. Walkers can also walk across the estuary at low tide to Noss Mayo where there is a further selection of pubs and eateries, a truly idyllic spot.
The contemporary accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room with WC and dressing area, 1 twin and 1 further twin, 2’6” beds.
Bathroom: bath and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan with TV / DVD and electric remote control fire. Kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. Dining area comfortably seats 6.
Outside: gated decked area with large table and chairs.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Regret no smoking .1 small dog welcome.
Additional info: regret no travel cot or highchair due to space constraints but guests are welcome to bring their own.
