Situated towards the end of a small lodge park this property is within easy walking distance of the bustling village. The tranquil village of Newton Ferrers boasts a small harbour good pub shop and is popular among bird watchers and sailors with its slipway and mooring. Depending on the tide walk or catch a ferry across the River Yealm to Noss May and explore the 35 minute stroll through the pretty woodland to Celler Beach where dogs are welcome you will also find a good selection of pubs and amenities in Noss Mayo. Enjoy exploring the river by hiring paddleboards rental is based in Newton Ferrers (subject to availability).
