Situated in a rural location 6 miles from Helston and 2 miles south of the picturesque Helford River, the cottage has been renovated to a high standard and is well positioned for touring South West Cornwall. With excellent access to the Lizard's breathtaking coastline, there are plenty of beaches and invigorating coastal walks to enjoy. There are many beautiful gardens to visit nearby including Trevarno, Glendurgan and Trebah (Trebah has its own beach) and the popular towns of St Ives, Penzance and Falmouth are within easy reach. This cottage offers a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: good king-size.
Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan area, tastefully furnished lounge with TV, Freeview, DVD, coal effect electric fire and access to front and back patio areas. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and radio.
Outside: to the rear of the property is a private patio area and large lawn, perfect to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and a BBQ on a summer's evening.
