Perfect for exploring the many market towns and Leominster famed for its antique and curiosity shops. Ludlow the thriving medieval market town is a haven for foodies with an abundance of excellent restaurants some of which are Michelin starred a regular large local produce market and a host of events and festivals throughout the year. A little further afield the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains the stunning Elan Valley and the literary town of Hay-on-Wye famed for its annual festival. You will get your first glimpse of this Grade II listed Queen Anne House along with the picturesque gardens as you sweep into the gravelled driveway. You ll enter through the solid wooded doors framed with the original pillars and into the hallway which gives access to the beautifully restored accommodation offering a formal dining hall just perfect for a celebration dinner and accommodating eighteen guests. A traditional drawing room with views onto the front lawns is the perfect place for a lazy morning with a coffee and the Sunday papers. The lounge is elegantly furnished enhancing the original features of the home finished with an open fire and TV. It also boasts a large kitchen well-equipped and ready to take on the best of chefs with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. When the time comes to say goodnight climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find five bedrooms one double with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC one double with en-suite shower room and WC a further double with an en-suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and WC. Climb the stairs to the second floor to find one double with en-suite Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath and WC which is also accessed from the hall one twin and one quadruple bedroom with four single beds. There is also a further bathroom with bath and WC on this floor. Step outside and enjoy the open gardens situated to the front of the home it really is the perfect setting for an afternoon tea or celebration lunch in the summer months.
