A lovingly maintained family cottage in the heart of the village. Whilst retaining some of its historic features such as sinks in the bedrooms this cottage has seen its share of improvements also with a fully equipped kitchen and modernised bathroom. Niton is ideally situated to explore the southern parts of the island with St Catherines Point Lighthouse a short drive away and Ventnor within distance there truly are many places of interest to discover. Blackgang Chine Adventure Park is just two miles away along with Castle Haven beach and will provide hours of entertainment for the children in the party. As you arrive through the cottages gate you arrive into a beautiful and welcoming garden. Step into the porch and through the front door to enter this cosy country cottage. At the end of the corridor you will find the main lounge offering a comfortable space to relax you will find a TV/DVD to catch up on your favourite programmes there are also patio doors leading out into the attractive enclosed rear garden. The fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher can be found just off the lounge with the utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer also just off of here is a separate WC. The open-plan setting includes the spacious dining room with dining table to seat six. The snug can also be found on the ground floor opposite the dining room boasting additional seating its the ideal place to take time out and relax whilst reading a book. Make your way up the stairs to be greeted by the purpose built stair gate on this floor is where all three bedrooms can be found the master bedroom with king size bed second bedroom with double bed and the third bedroom boasting twin beds the spacious main bathroom offers a bath and separate shower with the WC just next door. A beautifully maintained enclosed rear garden accessible from the lounge is a wonderful spot to enjoy the surroundings with breath-taking views over the downs at the back of the garden you will find these sights ever changing. The cottage has the additional benefit of an equally beautiful front garden your four-legged friends will be spoilt for choice here. Parking available within the free of charge village car park opposite additionally there is roadside parking available nearby on a first come first served basis.
