A TRADITIONAL CROFT HOUSE SITUATED IN A PEACEFUL AND SCENIC LOCATION. REGRET NO CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS
The cottage is set into the hillside and enjoys views over the quiet fertile valley and onto Minch. The interior is traditional and cosy with original features such as the lounge with open fire for a snug evening in and more modern touches including the conservatory which catches the early sun.
The crofting community of North Erradale is 6 miles along the coast from the charming little port of Gairloch. A long walk is a must in this area of beautiful beaches, forest walks and nature trails to the more demanding mountains of Torridon, along river sides where loch fishing and sea angling is available. Gairloch offers a range of shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure facilities as well as a popular golf course and lively pier.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with TV and DVD player.
Bathroom: with bath and separate shower cubicle.
Lounge: with open fire, TV and DVD player. Dining room. Kitchen: with electric oven, fridge / freezer, small dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
Outside: tumble dryer in outbuilding. Small private lawn garden with picnic bench and table.
Amenities: Towels and linen for hire. Electric heating included. Regret no pets.
Additional info: regret no children under 2 years old and no short breaks. The upstairs rooms have coombed ceilings and are accessed by a steep stair. Arrival: 4pm.
