Lounge: with woodburner and seating around the flatscreen TV with iPod dock, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen / diner: this generous room benefits from a newly fitted kitchen, with integrated oven and hob, fridge / freezer, microwave and hi-fi. Utility: with washing machine also houses a downstairs WC.
Outside: offers a private modest courtyard with BBQ area and garden furniture.
