Nestled within central Seahouses the cottage is just a short walk from the village harbour where keen explorers can catch a boat to the Farne Islands and observe the wonders of British nature including puffins and grey seals. Walkers and cyclists can also enjoy the delights of the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty discovering stunning beaches and beautiful coastal villages. The cottage is also very close to village shops pubs and restaurants offering a convenient place to enjoy a lovely holiday in a remarkable part of the UK. This stunning cottage offers spaciousness and amenities for guests to making for a very pleasant home from home. On the ground floor the lounge features a multi-fuel stove a flat-screen TV/DVD and CD player and two four-seater sofas. The kitchen/dining area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. There is also a dining table for six guests and the comfort of an open fire. On the first floor you will encounter two restful bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom includes a double bed and en-suite bathroom with WC and bath. a third bedroom has twin beds. There is also a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside at the rear of the property there is a shared courtyard with off-road parking for two cars. There is also a secure garage where guests can store diving equipment surfboards bicycles etc. Guests with children and dogs should note that the shared courtyard is not enclosed. Additional info: The cottage is heated by LPG gas central heating and there is double glazing throughout making this cottage suitable for a break at any time of year. ( Please note there is a coin meter for the gas central heating/hot water which is located in the small unit beneath the boiler in the kitchen. The owner provides a generous contribution at the beginning of each stay so it is unlikely that you will need to add to this however for your information the system takes 1 coins should you need to add any in an emergency). Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double,1 twin. 3 bathrooms 1 en suite with shower and WC, 1 en suite with bath and WC, 1 shower over the bath with WC. Electric hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Woodburner style stove in lounge and open fire in dining room. The cottage is heated by LPG gas central heating ** (see main description). Bed linen included. Off road parking for 2 cars. Wi Fi included. 2 dogs welcome.
