This lovely detached house, refurbished to a high standard, has breathtaking views over Bideford Bay and Lundy Island.
You will be less than a 5 minute walk to Northam village square with its shops and pubs as well as being a 20 minutes walk to the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! Venture further afield and visit one of the many attractions the area has to offer which include Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, Dartington Crystal, The Milky Way and the historic market town of Bideford with its open-air and pannier markets. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden and enjoy a BBQ, or simply enjoy the lovely views for miles around.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: upstairs via steep cottage style stairs, you will find 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin. 1 twin downstairs.

A 5 minute drive will bring you to the village of Westward Ho!, with its surf-washed sandy beach, Royal North Devon Golf Club, riding stables and restaurants. The charming fishing village of Appledore is also just a few minutes drive, with its narrow, cobbled streets, seafood restaurants and bustling quayside. Wherever guests explore, this cottage will make a comfortable base for happy holidays in this unspoilt and peaceful location. The accommodation is approached via external steps and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double on the first floor with en-suite bath, separate shower and WC. 1 double and 1 further small double on the ground floor. Additional pull-out bed for a child if required. Bathroom: on the ground floor, with shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor (the stair banisters are open and stairgates are provided at the top and bottom for safety with children) where there is a Lounge: large, offering TV, DVD, hi-fi and woodburner electric effect fire. French doors lead to a balcony with sea views, the perfect spot to sit and relax. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and TV. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and a door which is accessed via several steps to a narrow paved area ideal for storing wetsuits and surfboards. Outside: regret no garden.
