This light and spacious semi-detached property offers its guests an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of North Devon. Being reverse level, the first floor living area benefits from Velux windows giving views over the burrows and out to sea with views of Lundy Island.
The beach at Westward Ho! is only 1.5 miles and is a level walk and is ideal for sunbathing and surfing and surfboard hire is available locally. Westward Ho! offers shops, pubs and restaurants as well as tennis courts and horse riding. The nearby town of Bideford has a wider range of shops, pubs and restaurants and an historic quayside with boat trips to Lundy Island. North Devon offers something for all members of the family including the fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore, Tapeley Park and Gardens, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way to name just a few. In the evenings, there are lots of pubs and restaurants locally or relax in the garden with a BBQ after a long day at the beach.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, on the ground floor 1 further double and 1 twin.
