Situated on the water's edge, adjacent to the coastal footpath and looking down the river Torridge towards the village of Instow, this property is a 15 minute riverside walk to the pubs, shops and leisure facilities of Bideford. This lovely detached house offers unrivalled views across the riverside and estuary.
Relax in the large gardens and enjoy watching the boats sail by from the terrace or venture further afield and explore the many delights North Devon is famous for. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive, as is horse riding, tennis, golf at the Royal North Devon and National Trust cliff-top walks with breathtaking scenery. Other nearby attractions include Exmoor, RHS Rosemoor, Bideford's pannier market, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Watermouth Castle, Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets and boat trips to Lundy Island aboard the MS Oldenburg to name but a few.
