Minutes away is the famous Tarka Trail a thirty-two mile traffic free trail suitable for walkers wheelchair users and cyclists alike. The surrounding area is a popular destination for families offering a range of leading attractions such as Tapeley Park The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. The charming cliffside village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets and the popular beach of Westward Ho! popular with surfers are both a short drive away and with the likes of Croyde beach Woolacombe Hartland and Clovelly also within easy reach. At the end of the day climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find the three bedrooms the master bedroom which offers a king-size bed TV and en-suite shower room and WC a double bedroom which offers a private balcony area with bistro set and spectacular views and a light and airy twin bedroom. You will also find the shower room on this floor which consists of a shower and WC. Venture outside via the conservatory or Kitchen to the raised patio area where you enjoy al fresco dining with a view on the raised patio area step down into the river view garden which is mainly set to lawn and let the children play.
