This extraordinary property is one of two beautiful retreats perfectly situated overlooking the Torridge Estuary offering breath-taking views both seawards towards Instow and Appledore and landwards toward Bideford. Minutes away is the famous Tarka Trail a thirty-two mile traffic free trail suitable for walkers wheelchair users and cyclists alike. The surrounding area is a popular destination for families offering a range of leading attractions such as Tapeley Park The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. The charming cliffside village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets and the popular beach of Westward Ho! popular with surfers are both a short drive away and with the likes of Croyde beach Woolacombe Hartland and Clovelly also within easy reach. No matter which direction you head in the North Devon coast will soon reveal sandy beaches hidden coves beautiful towns and charming villages. At the end of the day climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find the three bedrooms the master bedroom which offers a king-size bed TV and en-suite shower room and WC a double bedroom which offers a private balcony area with bistro set and spectacular views and a light and airy twin bedroom. You will also find the shower room on this floor which consists of a shower and WC. Venture outside via the conservatory or Kitchen to the raised patio area where you enjoy al fresco dining with a view on the raised patio area step down into the river view garden which is mainly set to lawn and let the children play. Further activities for all to enjoy is a shared games room situated just off the driveway which boasts table tennis air hockey and table football. Finally take a stroll to the riverbank gardens exclusive for the use of the two cottages below and enjoy undisturbed fishing from the decking at the bottom of the garden. The accommodation is approached via external steps and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double on the first floor with en-suite bath, separate shower and WC. 1 double and 1 further small double on the ground floor. Additional pull-out bed for a child if required. Bathroom: on the ground floor, with shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor (the stair banisters are open and stairgates are provided at the top and bottom for safety with children) where there is a Lounge: large, offering TV, DVD, hi-fi and woodburner electric effect fire. French doors lead to a balcony with sea views, the perfect spot to sit and relax. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and TV. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and a door which is accessed via several steps to a narrow paved area ideal for storing wetsuits and surfboards. Outside: regret no garden.
