For a night-out enjoy free social membership to the acclaimed Royal North Devon Golf Club which includes use of the bar and restaurant or the Life-Buoy with its great ocean views. Inside the accommodation is reverse-level to make the most of the stunning views. The first floor is comprised of a large open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner punctuated in the centre by a cosy wood burner. At one end the contemporary kitchen contains an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher with a dining table to seat six. After a busy day on the beach unwind in the stylish lounge area and make the most of the TV/DVD and Bluetooth music system or simply sit back and take in the view through the glass balcony doors. At the end of a long day head to one of the three individually decorated bedrooms on the ground floor one of which features French doors out to the garden. There are two king-size bedrooms with TVs and en-suite shower rooms plus one twin bedroom with a TV and a games console. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and a utility room which houses the washer/dryer.
