A 15-minute walk takes you to the burrows and beach at Westward Ho! popular with surfers. The historical fishing village of Appledore is only a five minute drive take the seasonal ferry over the estuary to Instow watch the boats sail by or partake in one of the water sports or just sit with an ice-cream and watch the world go by. Other family attractions nearby include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Alternatively just relax in the garden fire up the BBQ challenge the family in the games room or just lie back in the hot tub.
