The setting is perfect you will have unlimited access to the shared heated indoor swimming pool the delightful 1 acre landscape garden and will be a 2 minute walk to the village pub. A short drive away are the towns of Glastonbury Street Wells and Taunton; a little further out lies Bath and Exmoor National Park. There are many National Trust properties in the surrounding area museums and attractions to suit all tastes. You will be approximately a 45 minute drive to the world heritage coast of Dorset and the seaside towns of Lyme Regis Weymouth and West Bay. It also makes a perfect place from which to explore the Somerset Levels Quantock and Blackdown Hills which offer picturesque walks cycling and fishing. The accommodation is set over two levels and offers a double bedroom with en-suite wet room with a shower and WC. The first floor comprises of an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with the lounge area offering guests a TV DVD and a cosy wood burner. The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric cooker microwave and fridge. The washing machine is conveniently located in an external cupboard next to the front door. Outside you will find a decked area accessed by a door from the dining area which has seating and BBQ. Guests can also enjoy the delightful 1 acre landscape garden surrounding the owners detached farmhouse. There is ample off-road parking. Guests have use of the shared indoor heated swimming pool which is open all year round with no time restrictions and changing rooms. These facilities are shared with guests staying at the onsite B& B. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 en suite wet room with shower and WC. Electric cooker with oven and hob, fridge and microwave.
