This property, which is part of a small listed barn conversion development, has far-reaching views over open fields and is situated in one of Devon's most popular areas.
The coast path is very close and there is an array of popular beaches and sheltered coves nearby. Numerous attractions include historic Plymouth, with its Hoe, Barbican, cinema, theatre and shops and the English Riviera, Buckfast Abbey, The Garden House and more are all within a short drive. In the evenings, stroll to the local village and visit the pub which serves good food. Leisure facilities: play tennis or use the games room.
The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles and 2 singles (one being 2'6").
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs.
Lounge: with woodburner effect fire, TV, DVD and payphone. Kitchen / diner: with cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave.
Outside: there is a pretty shared garden with large lawn area and BBQ.
Amenities: parking available. Bed linen and electric included. Electric storage heating throughout. Towels available for hire. 1 well-behaved dog welcome (must be kept on lead at all times when outside). Regret no cot or highchair, but guests are welcome to bring their own.

Location: pub 20 minute walk, shop 2 miles, beach at Wembury 10 miles' drive. Arrival: 3pm.
