WING OF 17TH CENTURY FARMHOUSE
This larger than normal self-contained wing of a 17th century farmhouse is situated in the Sedgemoor Levels.
A perfect base from which to explore places of interest such as the elegance of Bath, the city of Wells with its famous Cathedral, Glastonbury Tor and Abbey, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. Stourhead and numerous National Trust properties, Longleat and several sandy and dramatic coastlines are within easy reach. Also close by is the village of Street which has an indoor and outdoor public swimming pool and is also home to the Clarks outlet Village where keen shoppers can pick up a bargain! The Somerset Levels are a wonderful walking, cycling, fishing and bird watching area, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest.
The accommodation comprises THREE bedrooms: 1 large double with single bed, 1 double room and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is 2'6".
Bathroom: with bath and WC. Shower room with WC. Additional shower and WC in the utility room.
Lounge: large room with TV, Freeview, DVD, and french doors onto a patio. Second lounge has an inglenook fireplace with woodburner, TV and can be used for reading, watching another TV programme, listening to the hi-fi or playing the piano. Kitchen / diner: large and well-equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and food processor. Utility room: large with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge / freezer.
Outside: patio and enclosed lawn garden.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Wi-fi available in the lounge. Central heating included in winter months (small charge in summer months if required). First basket of logs is included, but coal is at extra cost. Regret no pets. Stairgate for small children.

Location: beach 30 minutes, riding 8 miles, golf 6 miles, shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
