This property enjoys a tranquil rural location in the midst of the Devonshire countryside. Situated in the village of Oakford you are well placed to explore both Exmoor and Dartmoor and everywhere in-between. Close to shops and pubs offering a choice of eateries so the pressure is off when it comes to cooking. Enjoy scenic walking routes to suit all abilities ranging from gentle strolls to challenging long-distance hikes. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the grand western canal Tiverton Castle and the beautiful Bickleigh. Further afield is the expansive beach at Minehead the cathedral city of Exeter and the medieval village of Dunster with its ancient castle. Approaching this property down quiet country lanes guests will immediately appreciate the secluded surroundings which allow them to escape the stresses of day-to-day life. The impressive and contemporary accommodation offers guests a superb holiday home with a huge open-plan lounge/diner with snug at one end with books games and a pool table. The lounge area entices you to relax on the comfy sofas and watch the Smart TV or challenge your partner to a game of pool or just put your feet up and enjoy a good book. The centre of the property offers a large dining table seating everyone comfortably a wood burner and large French doors that open up onto the garden. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and is well-equipped and where guests will find everything they need to cook up a storm including a large Range oven and hob microwave large American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. For those who need to do laundry there is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in a separate utility room. The property has six bedrooms in total four on the ground floor two king two twin zip and link beds each with their own en-suite shower rooms with WCs and one king-size with access to a wet room shower with WC this wet room also has a door from the hallway. A separate WC is also on the ground floor. Heading outside through the large picture French doors which offers superb rattan style garden furniture and a private hot tub. Strike up the BBQ or get creative with the wood fired pizza oven on the patio area overlooking sweeping Devon countryside you will also find a large lawn area ideal for ball games.
