Orchard Manor is located on the outskirts of the pretty town of Winchcombe. Lovingly restored by the owners, it is tastefully furnished throughout with a luxurious blend of antique elegance and contemporary features.
A gravel driveway leads around the house, allowing off road parking for up to five cars. Once through the entrance hall, enter the modern, fully fitted kitchen and scullery, well-equipped for even the keenest chef. Central to this is a large island with bar stools, making this a sociable heart to the house.
The panelled dining room has a roaring log fire and large farmhouse table seating up to ten guests, this can be turned into a snooker/pool table for after dinner entertainment. A snug/TV room with table football leads onto the main sitting room, flooded with natural light and enviable views of the stunning cottage garden. The cosy wood burning stove is set in an exposed stone fireplace, making this an ideal room to relax in, whatever the season.
Upstairs you will find five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with exquisite furnishings and window dressings. Three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and there is a separate family bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower.
The fabulous outdoor spa area has a sauna, shower, wood fired hot tub with wall mounted television, table tennis table and rattan chairs around the fire pit. For alfresco dining, the sun terrace housing the barbecue and hand-made outdoor dining table seating ten guests is the ideal spot. The garden also boasts a beautiful lawned area with an abundance of wild flowers and private pathways.
Please note, a £750 refundable damage security deposit to be paid directly to the owner prior to arrival.
