Set in beautiful woodland in the village of Sankence, this delightful annexe invites you to indulge in a secluded retreat where you can enjoy your precious time off. Enjoy the idyllic 600 acres of woodland setting abundant in wildlife. The owners live in the adjoining property but privacy is assured.
Public footpaths and cycle trails go to the nearby towns of Cawston and the market town of Aylsham, less than 2 miles, with shops, pubs and restaurants. Catch the Bure Valley Steam train to Wroxham and hire a boat to navigate the Broads, a haven for wildlife or simply relax and unwind in stunning surroundings. The pretty town of Holt with traditional shops, is a 20 minute drive. Within easy reach is the city of Norwich with restaurants, bars, a Norman castle, market and 2 cathedrals. The North Norfolk coast can be reached within half an hour, Cromer with wide sandy beaches, cliff- top walks and famous for its fresh caught seafood. Sea Palling has a Blue Flag golden sandy beach. Leisure facilities: full length heated indoor swimming pool, 20 x 6 metres, deep 2.20 metres, 0.85 metre shallow, with showers and changing rooms; 7 free hours per week or 1 session a day, by arrangement with the owner. Tennis court.
The accommodation is set on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and 1 twin. Shower room. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan with flatscreen TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. Kitchen area with fridge / freezer, washing machine and microwave.
