These properties were a quaint former barn which sits within a 65 acre smallholding that guests are welcome to explore, along with fishing lake and woodlands with their inherent wealth of flora and fauna.
Enjoying a rural situation, yet 6 miles from the picturesque cathedral city of Exeter, guests can enjoy the best of both worlds. Exeter offers some of the finest shopping in the South West and offers a warm welcome in the array of restaurants and pubs across the city. A short drive from a wealth of National Trust properties, stunning gardens and the picture postcard coastline around Exmouth, Dawlish and beyond. Dartmoor National Park with all its attributes, is close by.
Leisure facilities: each cottage has access to a well stocked coarse fishing lake where guests can fish by prior arrangement with the owner. Those wanting to fish must bring their own equipment.
