Situated in an ideal location to discover Cornwall and also to experience the breath-taking Cornish coastline. These well-presented stone built bungalows, nestling within a small collection of holiday barns, have been refurbished and equipped for every convenience and comfort yet still retain original features and replica inglenook fireplaces.
Located just off the A3075 in the hamlet of Perranzabuloe, which is 2 miles from Perranporth with its challenging golf course, an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and a fine 3 mile beach with golden sands which is also great for surfing. With many superb coast paths to explore and tin mining history to discover in St Agnes, or the cathedral city of Truro to shop till you drop only 20 minutes drive away. Not to forget Newquay's magnificent surfing beaches, Zoo and Water World only 7 miles away and the village of Goonhavern with it grocery store and Post Office 2 miles. You will be spoilt for choice with activities to suit all, if that's all too energetic the cottages are the perfect retreat.
The properties are situated within a cottage court, with lawn and parking area.
Outside: own lawn situated in front of each property with seating.
