Just a short drive from the popular coastal town of Perranporth with its wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs, as well as the picturesque 3 miles of golden sandy beach that is popular with surfers and families alike. A short drive from the A30, that links east and west Cornwall, means that the property is an ideal base to tour the whole of the county, from the rugged beauty of Lands End to the popular tourist destination of Newquay and Truro.
