This stylish seaside cottage is situated right on the beach at Pevensey Bay with its quiet shingle beach it is ideal for sailing swimming or a spot of fishing. Just a short drive from the property is the village of Pevensey with a range of pubs and restaurants its striking castle now an English Heritage site and the Sovereign Harbour Marina a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. Further along the coast are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea. Eastbourne offers a wide choice of theatres hosting many West End shows and the Towner in Eastbourne is a stylish contemporary art gallery and is not to be missed. For families the Sovereign Centre fun pool Treasure Island Knockhatch Adventure Park and Drusillas Zoo at Alfriston all offer great family days out. There are a number of steps that lead you up to the front of the property where you enter into a welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes and hanging coats.
