This beach front property is situated right on the beach at Pevensey Bay with its quiet shingle beach it is ideal for sailing swimming or a spot of fishing. Just a short drive from the property is the village of Pevensey with its striking castle now an English Heritage site and the Sovereign Harbour Marina Eastbourne a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. Further along the coast are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea. The Towner in Eastbourne is a stylish contemporary art gallery and is not to be missed. For animal lovers Drusillas Park at Alfriston offers a great family day out with Lemurs penguins and a family splash park. A number of steps (with handrail) lead you to the property where you enter into a hallway where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes and hanging coats. There are cupboards containing the washing machine and freezer. To the left of the hall is a spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area with fantastic panoramic sea views. The kitchen area is well-equipped for family entertaining with an electric oven and gas hob fridge coffee machine and dishwasher. The sitting area offers two comfy sofas two armchairs a wood burner for cosy evenings in a TV/DVD with BT Sports DAB radio and a CD player. The dining table with seating for six overlooks the rear beach garden and the wonderful views beyond. The property is all on one level and you can find three bedrooms a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with an en-suite shower and WC a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a twin bedroom with a TV/DVD player. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC and there is additional hanging space for the bedrooms in the hall cupboard.. French doors open from the sitting area out to a beach garden with dining table chairs charcoal BBQ and a wonderful firepit perfect for toasting marshmallows whilst star gazing in the evening. A garden gate at the end of the garden gives direct access to the beach. At the front of the property is parking for two cars and ample roadside parking for additional cars.
