This traditionally styled stone former farmhouse is set within 150 acres of captivating pastureland grazed by cattle and surrounded by woodland. Set 100 metres from the main road the property is accessed via a shared private driveway and sleeps up to six people in cosy and secluded accommodation. You ll enjoy spacious living areas and relaxing outdoor spaces all within easy reach of Cornwalls popular attractions including Tamar Otter Park and Launceston Steam Railway. Upon approaching the cottage you ll notice its stunning leafy backdrop and traditional stone exterior. You ll feel the warming ambience as soon as you enter and enjoy a cosy lounge area with feature fireplace and wood burner for toasty nights in. This area also offers Smart TV and DVD for entertainment. The traditionally styled kitchen/diner with a slate floor offers a spacious area to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. It is equipped with a range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave and the dining area offers a farmhouse style table and chairs. Just off the kitchen the utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience there is also a separate WC.
