Ideally positioned for exploring Cornwall, a few miles from a selection of south coast beaches. Situated on a courtyard shared only with the owners and is part of an original mill conversion, transformed into an immaculate, cosy cottage with plenty of space, high vaulted ceilings, original beams and tasteful decor.
The area has lots to offer, houses, gardens, walking, cycling and golf. The spectacular coastline holds many treasures including the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey, with shops and restaurants, small cove of Portmellon and spectacular Chapel Point. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 3 miles and The Eden Project is nearby. Truro is 11 miles away with good shopping and restaurants, the rugged north coast is also easily reached.
The spacious, inviting accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with king-size bed and french doors overlooking the courtyard, en-suite shower room with heated towel rail and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan with TV / DVD, radio / CD, electric convector heating and woodburner (logs included), comfortable sofa, french doors, dining table and chairs. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric cooker, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Use of owner's washing machine by arrangement.
Outside: 2 seating areas, a gravelled area behind the barn and a small enclosed patio garden off the main courtyard.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included, energy supplement £20 per week from October to April inclusive, payable to the owner on arrival. Regret no smoking or pets.
