Should you wish to explore a touch further afield, Poughill is just 2 miles from the A39 that links the North Cornish coast to the rest of this unique and enchanting county, which means that Bodmin Moor and the Lizard Peninsula, with their breath-taking scenery, are easily reachable. No trip to this part of the world is complete without visiting Tintagel, filled with the myth and legend of King Arthur and his round table knights.
