Should you wish to venture further afield, Poughill is just 2 miles from the A39 that links the north Cornish coast to the rest of this unique and enchanting county, which means that Bodmin Moor and the Lizard Peninsula, with their breathtaking scenery, are easily reachable. No trip to this part of the world is complete without visiting Tintagel, filled with the myth and legend of King Arthur and his knights of the round table.
