Situated in the pretty village of Poughill on the outskirts of Bude this property is within walking distance of the local village pub (800m) and the South West Coast Path (1 mile). The beautiful beach at Northcott Mouth is just over a mile away and offers fun for the whole family with its rocky cove and golden sand when the tide is out. More beaches can be found in the popular destination of Bude which is only two miles away along with a golf course swimming pool leisure centre tennis courts many shops and galleries. Should you wish to venture further afield Poughill is just two miles from the A39 which links the North Cornish Coast to the rest of this beautiful county. St Agnes Truro Newquay Hartland Bodmin Moor and the Lizard Peninsula are all easily accessible with their breath-taking scenery. Other great locations for days out include The Eden Project the stunning fishing villages of Padstow Rock and Clovelly and numerous National Trust properties. Ascend a few steps up to this wonderfully inviting bungalow and find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The stylish lounge is the perfect place to relax in front of the large Smart TV with the family after a day of exploring the North Cornish Coast. There is also comfortable seating for all guests around the dining table for enjoying home-cooked meals with fresh ingredients from the local shops. For dining alfresco double doors open from the living area to the decked terrace which features a table and chairs with views towards the countryside and sea; the perfect place to enjoy a drink and enjoy some fresh coastal air. The bright kitchen comprises an electric oven and hob fridge dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Moving towards the back of the property you will find the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC. Here you will also find the two bedrooms the master bedroom with a king-size bed Smart TV and plenty of storage space along with a triple bunk bedroom which features a single bed on top of a double bed; this bedroom can sleep three guests upon request. At the rear of the property and accessed from the master bedroom is a conservatory which is conveniently used as an additional utility area housing a freezer. Heading outside you can sit back and relax in the large enclosed garden: an ideal spot for children and dogs with seating for all guests. There is street parking available for two cars.
