This property enjoys a wonderfully rural farmland location in the Devonshire countryside. The area immediately around the farm is full of quaint villages with welcoming pubs and picturesque scenery but the property is not completely remote and there is plenty to see and do just a short drive away. The privately owned village of Clovelly with its craft workshops museum fishing quay and small beach is just eight miles away whilst the attractive harbour town of Bideford with its range of independent shops and well regarded eateries is situated twelve miles to the north. For a fun family day out The Big Sheep family fun park is a short drive away and offers thrilling theme park rides alongside fun farm attractions such as sheep racing and tractor rides. On arrival at this cottage guests will find a delicious cream tea ready prepared for them in the kitchen. This space is well equipped with an oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and washer/dryer. The adjacent lounge/diner provides a comfortable space in which to relax with a dining table seating four two sofas a Freeview TV/DVD and hi-fi. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first of these is a delightful double room with lovely wooden floors and coordinating pine furniture whilst the second room is a restful bunk bedroom. There is also a shower room with shower cubicle and WC on this floor. Outside the property benefits from a private raised patio area to the front of the cottage and guests are also welcome to explore much of the farms ten acres of land where free range chickens and ducks roam. There is a fun childrens play area available for guests of all three properties to use with swings and climbing frame. There is off-road parking provided as well as a secure garage perfect for storing bicycles etc. Need to know: 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom (only suitable for adults). 1 shower room with WC. Freeview TV/DVD, and hi fi. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. Electric and heating included. Stairgates available. Wi fi available.
