Tucked away down a quiet lane, this delightful in property in Reedham, boasts stunning views and a more peaceful setting is hard to imagine. Providing privacy, it is a paradise for nature lovers and bird-watchers.
A short stroll to 2 pubs serving food, fish & chip shop and a railway station. Days out include Pettits Animal Adventure Park, historic Norwich for culture and cuisine, the coastal resort of Great Yarmouth for sandy beaches and R.S.P.B. Reserve at Strumpshaw Fen. Alternatively, simply relax and watch the activities on this picturesque stretch of the river however please be vigilant with children. Leisure facilities: private moorings. Fishing.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin with a pull-out bed underneath.
Bathroom: bath with hand held shower and shower cubicle.

Outside: enclosed garden, decking, seating and fenced access to river with private moorings.
Amenities: parking down a narrow lane and garage for small car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Stairgate. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome.
Additional info: unsuitable for the infirm. A few steps inside the property. There is a £100 security deposit required payable direct to the owner and an additional security deposit of £100 if you are bringing a dog.
