Richmond Cottage is a terraced single storey cottage in a communal courtyard setting in Burythorpe village, 4 miles from Malton. There is a family room with a king-size double bed and a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower room, basin and WC. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is use of a communal courtyard with furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. With the whole of the North York Moors on the doorstep, and easy access to coastal resorts and market towns, Richmond Cottage makes a very welcoming holiday home for couples or a small family, throughout the year.

The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers` markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
