This property is located in a pleasant area of Eastbourne within an easy five-minute walk of the seafront. Almost directly opposite the property visitors will find Princes Park a wonderful place to spend an afternoon wandering the formal gardens having fun on the boating lake and playing in the childrens play areas and seasonal splash pad. Next to the park is a fantastic water sports centre which offers instruction in a number of activities including windsurfing powerboating and stand-up paddle boarding. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway the towns Victorian pier and the South Downs National Park. Upon arrival at this property guests will first come to the attractive light-filled lounge. This room has maintained some of the period details of the cottage including the bay window and the original tiled fireplace.
