Sandy House is stylish town house that`s perfect for families and dog friendly, located in the coastal village of Rhosneigr in Anglesey, Wales. The property sits on a quiet development called The Retreat, with fabulous views over Maelog Lake and down the Lleyn Peninsula, with the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia.
Sandy House has been furnished to a very high standard with fun-filled coastal holidays in mind. Stepping into the property, you are welcomed by a contemporary and bright hallway, with the ground floor WC to the right, including a hand basin and WC. A convenient large garage with electric car charging point, can be found to the left for all your surfboard and bike storage needs, and also includes a washer/dryer. Beyond the hallway, you will find the ultimate place to relax with family in the wonderful open plan sitting, kitchen and dining space, complete with a large corner sofa, a dining table and chairs, and a TV with DVD/CD players. The stylish kitchen is amply equipped and includes a electric oven and gas hob with a cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, you can also enjoy a hot drink from the Nespresso coffee machine. Opening up the french doors, you`ll find a decked outdoor seating area where you can unwind with loved ones and marvel at the beautiful lake views.The first floor is complete with a stylish king-size double bedroom and en-suite shower room, a twin room, a lovely bunk bed bedroom which is ideal for young guests, and a large contemporary family bathroom which features a bath with a hand held shower, hand basin, and WC. Climb upstairs again to find the top floor, which features another king-sized bedroom with views towards Rhosneigr bay, an en suite shower room and additional cupboard storage space. Completing this floor is another bright spacious sitting area with surround sound speakers, a cinema style TV with Netflix streaming, and most notably, incredible mountain, sea, and lake views where you can sink down into the sofas and enjoy some quiet time. Rhosneigr is a bustling area to stay at and is perfect for a fun filled family getaway.
