Flat 2 is a comfortable ground floor flat with its own private parking and enclosed garden situated in Porth Way, just a five minute walk to the beach and coastal path on the outskirts of Newquay. The flat can sleep four people in two bedrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen which leads through to the sitting room with dining area and views overlooking the garden. There are two bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin with the bathroom adjoining. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture. Flat 2 is a perfect base for enjoying all that this lovely area has to offer.

Porth Way is a small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. The village offers a shop, cafes, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach, plus nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery. Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is well worth a visit.
