This property is situated a fantastic seafront location on Kents east coast in the village of Seasalter known for its excellent gastropub. The nearby town of Whitstable meanwhile is situated just two miles around the bay and is a fantastic destination for foodies as it is awash with pubs restaurants and cafes many of which specialise in locally-caught seafood including the oysters for which the town is famous. The town is also home to a great range of independent boutiques and has a thriving arts scene with a number of galleries and workshops as well a theatre. The first thing that guests will notice when they arrive at this property are the fantastic panoramic sea views which can be enjoyed from the cottages open-plan living space which comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two comfortable sofas one of which is a sofa-bed accommodation two additional guests as well as a TV/DVD for guests to enjoy and a new wood burner. The kitchen area overlooks the lounge and is equipped with an oven hob fridge with freezer compartment microwave and washing machine. This is a single-storey property so both bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor the first of which is a pleasant double room whilst the other is a bunk bedroom which may suit younger guests. The bathroom has a shower-over-bath next to which is a separate WC. Outside the property enjoys an enclosed seafront terrace with a table and chairs and two sun loungers providing a wonderful space from which to enjoy the sea views and the fresh sea air. Charcoal BBQ and fire pit. There is parking available for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom, plus double sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with shower over bath, and separate WC. TV/DVD. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Log burner (Multi fuel burner fuel not provided). Electric and central heating included. Wi fi. 2 dogs welcome. High chair and travel cot available (bedding for cot not supplied). Charcoal BBQ and Fire Pit (logs not supplied).
