Set high up in the western reaches of the North York Moors this property is nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Set out on foot to explore its lush pastures thick woodland and open moorland or visit one of the many nearby grand country houses atmospheric ruins and handsome market towns. One such town is the foodie hotspot of Helmsley (10 miles) home to a multitude of artisan cafes boutiques and restaurants together with an indulgent Verbena spa. Inside this sandstone barn has been lovingly converted to offer a spectacular open-plan and double-height living space. With heated flagstone floors a wood burner Freeview TV/DVD and comfortable leather sofas this is the perfect spot to hunker down and spend a rainy afternoon or cosy winters evening. The kitchen area beyond is contemporary and stylish fitted with every appliance you should need throughout your stay including a fridge/freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom which features a TV built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower. Upstairs the master super king-size bedroom boasts beautiful views across the moors and also benefits from an en-suite shower room. To the front of the property is a lawned area overlooking the shooting estate plus off-road parking. To the rear a charming sheltered patio is furnished with table and chairs and a BBQ for those long summer nights.
