This charming cottage is the perfect location for a family that wants a countryside holiday with all the home comforts and the opportunity to get away with their four-legged companion. There is lots to discover in this area including Brecon Beacons National Park with South Wales highest mountain Pen Y Fan where the views on a good day are spectacular. The National Showcaves Centre for Wales is a short drive from the property and offers a great day out and there is also BikePark Wales - the largest bike park in the UK - for those cycling and mountain bike enthusiasts. The Zip World Tower is just a 20 minute drive to Aberdare and the Call of the Wild Adventure Britain is just around the corner for those that like the outdoor pursuits. The waterfalls at Ystrafelta are just magnificent or for beach lovers the Gower Peninsula is less than an hours drive away. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has some amazing beaches - Worms Head at Rhossilli is definitely worth a visit and there are some fantastic views to be had. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Stepping into the property you have a welcoming lounge area with sofas and a Smart TV/DVD making this the perfect place to relax after a day of walking and exploring the local area. Off the lounge area to the right you will find a double bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. To the left you will find a twin bedroom. As you continue through the lounge area you will step into a spacious kitchen/diner. In the dining area you can eat at the dining table thats ideal for four to plan the next days activities. The compact kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob washing machine microwave and fridge. Guests will find everything they need to cook up a storm perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. Outside there is a spacious garden with a seating area and lovely views of the countryside. There is parking for two cars at the front of the property. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Smart TV in lounge with DVD. Enclosed rear garden with seating area. 1 dog welcome please keep on lead when outside the front of the property due to livestock. Parking at the front of the property for 2 cars not allocated.
