Situated in the heart of the North Norfolk Coast Sheringham is the home of the North Norfolk Steam Railway and offers day trips to the nearby town of Holt. Sheringham boasts a wide variety of shops and places to eat along with the beautiful beach and museum. Cromer is close by famous for the Cromer Crab and home of the end of the Pier Show. National Trust properties close by include Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. Other attractions include Bewilderwood Pensthorpe Amazona and the Dinosaur Adventure Park. Guests entering into this mews house through to a light airy and spacious open plan Lounge/diner: with comfortable sofas and TV the dining area with table and chairs with French doors leading to the rear garden. A well equipped kitchen having an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Stairs leading to the first floor there is a double bedroom twin bedroom and single bedroom. The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower over WC and wash hand basin. Outside: An enclosed garden with patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.. With off road parking in a communal residents car park. Need to know: Refurbished for 2021, Newly fitted kitchen, bathroom and furnishings. Bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and a single bedroom. Bathroom Family bathroom. Wifi. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Please bring your own beach towels. 1 dog welcome Dogs are not permitted upstairs. Off road communal parking with a parking permit provided. Fishing on site/nearby. Shop, pub and beach within walking distance. Short breaks are not accepted between 1st April 31st October each year.
