This property enjoys a tranquil rural location in the midst of the Devonshire countryside. Two miles from the property is the village of Bampton which offers an array of handy shops including a traditional butchers bakery chemist greengrocer plus two convenience stores one with a Post Office. There is also a choice of eateries in the village so the pressure is off when it comes to cooking. Three miles north of the property lies Exmoor National Park where there are scenic walking routes to suit all abilities ranging from gentle strolls to challenging long-distance hikes. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the expansive beach at Minehead the cathedral city of Exeter and the medieval village of Dunster with its ancient castle. Approaching this property down a quiet country lane guests will immediately appreciate the secluded surroundings which allow them to escape the stresses of day-to-day life. The homely lounge/diner at the centre of property offers a dining table seating six comfortable seating an electric fire TV and DVD. Just next to this room is the kitchen where guests will find everything they need to make themselves at home including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The propertys two bedrooms are located at either end of the property one is a king-size and the other is a twin. Outside the property enjoys a well-maintained garden which has two distinct areas: an enclosed lawn and a patio seating area with garden furniture.
