This superb house, standing in 2 acres, has been completed to a high standard providing spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation. Set in the popular village of Morwenstow, next door to the small primary school and a short distance from the rugged coastline and sandy beaches.
You will be close to the Devon / Cornwall border, perfect for visiting both picturesque counties and exploring all they have to offer. There is so much to see and do in the area with a choice of golden beaches, the South West Coast Path and unspoilt coves. Enjoy nearby Bude with its Splashpool, canal, shops, pubs and restaurants, the historical village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets, visitors centre, teas rooms and shops. Other attractions include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Hartland Abbey, Arlington Court, Tapeley Park, Rosemoor Gardens and The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island.
