In Padstow, 350 yards up from the pretty harbour front, a handsome, early Victorian, semi-detached house on three floors, with typical lofty ceilings, huge windows and generous-sized rooms.Several pubs, bars and restaurants within 1/4 mile of the front door. In front of Shore Lodge (rare in this narrow-streeted village) is a paved parking area measuring 6.4 metres in length, and, at the back, a neat enclosed garden (table/chairs, barbecue) on two levels (2 steps).
