This log cabin offers a tranquil getaway in an idyllic rural surrounding which is situated between Ambleside and Langdale close by are local pubs restaurants cafes and numerous walking shops. Nearby you have a vast choice of walks cycle routes and fishing to choose from. The popular Langdale Pikes are only three miles away Windermere and Bowness six miles. Hill Top the home of Beatrix Potter and Peter Rabbit is situated only five miles away and there are a host of other attractions close by. You climb the elevated steps to the lodge where you enter through the front door which opens into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area includes an electric oven and hob microwave fridge and freezer the dining area is positioned between the kitchen and the lounge where you have a comfortable area to relax in with a TV DVD and Xbox. From the lounge area you lead onto the shower room with shower and WC and from here you can also lead onto the spacious king-size bedroom with views over the valley an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The twin bedroom also accessed from the lounge is spacious and looks towards the woodland area. Outside next to the lodge you have a raised patio area with table and chairs with far reaching views towards the hills. There is allocated parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 1 shower room. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. On site shared swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna (available from 1st March until 15th November). Electric and electric heating included. Bed linen and towels included. Wi fi included. Allocated parking for 2 cars. 2 dogs welcome. Pub and shop within walking distance. Laundry facilities on site. TV, DVD and Xbox. Short breaks available November, December, January, February and March commencing on preferred changeover day only (excluding Christmas and New Year). In line with current government guidance the pool hall on site will be closed.
