Situated on the Eastern fringe of the Peak District-one of the UKs most breathtaking natural parks guests get a real flavour of the wild beauty of this landscape. The property is easily accessible by both motorway and the nearby railway station of Chesterfield and after a day spent outdoors a trip to the pub in Cutthorpe is the perfect spot for aching legs. Entry to the property is from the patio which is south facing and enjoys the sun throughout the day into the impressive lounge that has stone flag floors adding to the rooms character and beautiful oak features throughout. Theres lots of seating to enjoy a cosy night in and also an occasional double sofa bed should extra space be needed. An archway leads through to the spacious farmhouse kitchen with large wooden table thats ideal for entertaining. Theres also a handy downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and basin. Upstairs the two bedrooms one double room and the other with two single beds provide the perfect cosy country getaway. After a day exploring the wild landscape of the Peak District guests will sleep soundly under the gently sloping ceilings of this charming stone cottage. The bathroom offers all the luxury amenities including a large shower toilet and hand basin. Outside there is a pretty patio ideal for BBQs with far reaching views to the side the lawned garden is secure and very spacious and seamlessly runs into the surrounding landscape. For those looking to arrive in style there is a private air strip nearby and arrangements can be made directly with the owner. Need to know: Two bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom. Double fold down sofa bed available for occasional use (please supply your own bedding). One bathroom with shower and downstairs toilet. Wi Fi.
