These delightful properties have been lovingly converted to a very high standard and also boast a number of ‘eco’ features. Nestling on a family run working arable farm they offer a perfect retreat for families and couples looking to explore both the coast and country.
Surrounded by glorious open countryside just 1 mile inland from Hayle, you will find a wide range of attractions close by. The golden sands of Hayle provide 3 miles of beach, ideal for bathing and surfing, and on the other side of the bay, St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate, and many restaurants. Other attractions in the area include the Paradise Park, Flambards Theme Park, The Minack Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary. Alternatively, head south and discover the town of Penzance, long sandy beach at Marazion, St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, enjoying some spectacular scenery on route.
Outside: all properties boast private patio areas with garden furniture and BBQ, and access to large shared lawn area.
Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking inside the properties.
Location: beach 2 miles, pub and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 super king-size room with TV / DVD and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 small single room with small single bed suitable for a child 10 years or under. Additional WC on the ground floor. Utility room: with washer / dryer, microwave and freezer. Door leading on to patio and garden. Lounge / kitchen / diner: lovely open-plan living space with oak flooring throughout and TV / DVD. Kitchen area: modern fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher.
Amenities: 1 well-behaved dog welcome during the months of November to March inclusive. Please kindly ensure that the dog is kept on a lead when on site.
