This individual and memorable property is located on a cul-de-sac just a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of St Ives giving it an enviably quiet location on the doorstep to all that St Ives has to offer. There are sandy beaches within an easy walk as well as plenty of eateries boutiques and bars. St Ives has something for everyone including the world-renowned Tate Gallery and the home of sculptor Barbara Hepworth complete with its own sculpture garden where art-lovers can enjoy the artists work in their own surroundings. Further afield take a trip to the stunning Minack Theatre an open-air seaside amphitheatre that hosts a full programme of plays during the spring and summer seasons.
